First thing you’ll need to do is print your image. In Photoshop, you’ll need to size the image to an 8”x8” image and increase the resolution at 300 dpi.

Next, you’ll want to add a 1.5” border all around you image (so your finished canvas size will be an 11”x11” image). You can make this any color you want it to be. Your finished image will look like the one below.

For printing, you’ll want to pick your favorite type of canvas. There are plenty of different options that we sell that come in both cut sheets and in rolls if you have a larger printer. Check out our canvas section to read about your different options.

Once your canvas is loaded and ready to go, you’ll want to print your image 11”x11” on the canvas and print some crop marks as well if you have a white border. After the canvas is printed, cut all of the excess paper out so that you have an 11”x11” canvas.

Next you’re going to need to wrap your canvas. If you have been following the same size guidelines from above, you’ll be needed the 8” Simply Elegant Standard Stretcher bars. If you are going to only be making one of these, you’ll be needed two packs of the 8” bars that come in pairs (Four 8” bars in total). Also, if this is your first time using our stretcher bar system, you’ll need to purchase the Simply Elegant Gallery Wrap Standard Corners. This is a one-time purchase that you’ll use to position the stretcher bars in a perfect square and can be re-used for as many standard gallery wrap that you want to make in the future.

Follow the simple instructions in this video to put together the frame.

When finished, you’ll have a gallery wrap that looks like this! This will make a perfect gift that someone can easily hang in their home.
